The integrated SSCS ensures maximum process security and precision. The Force Sensing Device (FSD) uses four sensors on the Z-axis to detect even the smallest movements during printing. A foreign object detection system prevents misprints, while the precisely controlled mechanical system ensures stable and consistent operation.
A liquid-cooled mask panel maintains consistent temperature even during high-speed printing. The LPU 6 light engine delivers 405 nm wavelength and 95% light uniformity. Combined with the FSD and intelligent controls, this setup ensures exceptionally fast and accurate curing.
