CORiTEC 350i

The CORiTEC 350i can process all relevant blank materials with a single machine system: zirconium dioxide, titanium, cobalt chrome, plastics, block materials and more. Moreover, this 5-axis machining system has a zero-point clamping system for precise repositioning of adapters and blanks. The CORiTEC 350i Loader has a fully automated blank magazine which allows for versatile machining of up to 12 blanks in unmanned operation.

CORiTEC 350i PRO

The CORiTEC 350i PRO guarantees 24 hour production and 20% faster machining with optimum precision thanks to its high-resolution dynamic servo motors with absolute measuring systems. In addition, this system is constructed from a one-piece machine frame made of polymer concrete which provides stability for vibration-free machining. Just like the CORiTEC 350i Loader, the CORiTEC 350i Loader PRO has a fully automated blank magazine which allows for versatile machining of up to 12 blanks in unmanned operation.

CORiTEC 350i PRO+

Similar to the CORiTEC 350i PRO, the CORiTEC 350i PRO+ also offers high-resolution dynamic servo motors and absolute measuring systems. What’s more, the CORiTEC 350i PRO+ contains a water-cooled spindle that enables even more precise milling results. It also contains enormous stainless steel blank holders for enhances stability and reduced vibrations. Finally, the CORiTEC 350i Loader PRO+ also contains a fully automated blank magazine which allows for versatile machining of up to 12 blanks in unmanned operation.

imes-icore CORiTEC 650i

The imes-icore CORiTEC 650i and CORiTEC 650i Loader machine systems are made with high-quality industrial milling technologies, such as: linear drives in the linear axes, granite structure, torque motors in the rotary axes, digital absolute length measuring systems and powerful main spindles. Its dynamic, vibration-free and precise motion sequences make the CORiTEC 650i perfect for the most complex and demanding metal working processes.

The CORiTEC 650i loader contains a fully integrated automatic 16-fold blank changer. This makes it ideal for milling centers and large labs since the loader makes it possible to operate the machine system at full capacity for 24 hours without supervision.
